These terms cover your use of the ISaidThis app and its cloud ("ISaidThis"), made by Lucas Alexander (Oak & Ledger). By using ISaidThis you agree to them.
Who can use it
ISaidThis is offered privately, by invitation. You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in and your personal Claude link to yourself.
Recording is your responsibility
Many places require everyone in a conversation to agree before it is recorded. You are responsible for telling people and getting any consent the law requires where you record. Do not use ISaidThis to record anyone unlawfully.
Your content
Your recordings, notes, transcripts and summaries belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the features you turn on (see the Privacy Policy). You can delete them at any time.
AI summaries
Summaries are written by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from your transcript and notes. They can be wrong or leave things out. Check anything important against the recording or transcript before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use ISaidThis to break the law, harm others, try to get into other people's data, overload or attack the service, or resell it.
Availability and changes
ISaidThis is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, pause or end, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms. If these terms change, the date above changes, and continuing to use ISaidThis means you accept the new terms.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Oak & Ledger is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using ISaidThis. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
